We take the time to understand your individual needs and once a home that meets your criteria becomes available EDEN housing will contact you.
AGREEMENTS
All you need now is a simple agreement with EDEN housing. Your rent will be the SDA funding in your NDIS plan and your reasonable rental contribution of 25% disability support pension.

It is the time to start living in your desired home now. EDEN housing will work with you, your family and your carers to have smooth transition to your new EDEN
SDA Tenancy and Service Agreements:
If you already have SDA payments in your SDA and you have chosen a home that meets your criteria ,then we will work with you to write a contract about your housing and the type, quality and price of housing supports. Tenancy or occupancy agreement includes terms and conditions and supports that will be provided .
