Finding an NDIS provider in the Eastern Suburbs
Is Eden Ability a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Eden Ability is publicly listed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an approved registered provider. Registration does not replace an individual suitability assessment for a particular participant or service.
Which Eastern Suburbs does Eden Ability service?
Our office is in Mascot and we accept enquiries from across Sydney, including Mascot, Botany, Rosebery, Randwick, Maroubra, Kensington, Kingsford, Coogee, Bondi and Bondi Junction. Availability varies by service and property.
How do I find a suitable SIL vacancy near me?
Start with the participant’s preferred location, accessibility, support ratio, overnight needs, household compatibility and funding. Review current SIL vacancies and contact us for a suitability discussion.
Can a support coordinator refer a participant?
Yes. With participant consent, support coordinators and recovery coaches can send referral information directly. Use our support coordinator referral guide to see what information helps.
Can a hospital social worker contact Eden Ability?
Yes. Hospital social workers and discharge planners can discuss possible disability accommodation and support pathways. Include the expected discharge date, NDIS status, support needs, equipment, risks and consent.
Can I inspect a property before deciding?
Where practical and appropriate, we can arrange a discussion, virtual introduction or inspection so the participant understands the property, household and support model before making a decision.
Does Eden Ability provide both housing and support?
Eden Ability provides accommodation and disability support services. The exact housing, tenancy and support arrangements are explained separately so the participant understands costs, agreements and provider choice.
What is the fastest way to get a referral reviewed?
Provide the required date, preferred location, NDIS plan and home-and-living status, accessibility, equipment, daily and overnight support, risks, communication needs and the contacts coordinating the referral.
